It was a good win by the All Blacks on Saturday night against the Wallabies. I didn't see the game, but made sure that I caught up with the score afterward.
When I heard the first score about 5-10 minutes into the game, the Wallabies were ahead by 3 to nil, and I thought "here we go again, another All Black loss" & didn't hear the score again for the rest of the game, until the next morning when I heard the Kiwi's had such a convincing win.
The interesting thing is that the week before when the Kiwi's were beaten by the Aussies, I sent my good friend, who hates loosing to any Australian team, a txt message rubbing in the fact that the Kiwi's got beat (remember that I've just returned to NZ after living in Perth). My friend pointed out something which is very true & even made me laugh with pride. The new coach of the Wallabies is a Kiwi. Good call Paul.![]()

Fly Fishing Guide
I've just started selling a new product online. "Fly Fishing, Learn To Angle Like the Pro's", is a e-book about fly fishing that I've just started to sell online; so if you or anyone you know is interested in fly fishing, this book is available (for a price) here at my website.
If you have your own blog or website, can I ask you to place a link to my website on your blog to help get the word out there about this new product. All the extra traffic I get will obviously help. Thanks.
My website address is http://easyflyfishinguide.com![]()

Stuck on 16
After 16 consecutive test wins in a row the Australian Cricket team was going for a world record of 17 test wins in a row, making them the first team in cricket history to win 17 test matches consecutively.
Thanks to the Indian cricket team this world record remains unbeaten, as India won the third test match in Perth this evening, knocking the Aussies off their pedestal.
Forgive me if I'm barracking for the other team, but even though the Aussies are the cricket world champs, they keep winning everything & have every cricket trophy, I think it's about time someone knocked them off their perch once in a while.
I only hope that India can keep up their game up & take out the fourth test in Adelaide.

15 Test wins
The Australian cricket team has just beaten India in the first of 4 test matches here in Australia. This means 15 consecutive test wins for the Aussies.
It just shows why Australia are the world champs. I must admit though, I am waiting to see which team will knock them off their perch.![]()

Geelong - AFL premiers 2007
The 2007 AFL season has now officially finished. Congratulation to the Geelong football club who won their first premiership in 44 year, by a record breaking 119 points over Port Adelaide.
It's just a shame that I won't be around in 2008 to see the next season; oh well at least I can keep up with the West Coast Eagles online.![]()

The Power or the Cats??
It has all come down to this; Two teams, one game, ONE winner.
After 22 rounds of AFL football, & a four week final series, it all comes down to a final showdown between Port Adelaide & Geelong. Personally I hope Geelong are the winners.
Of course my team, the West Coast Eagles got knocked out last week by Collingwood, but once your team is out of the competition, naturally you start cheering on one of the other remaining teams.
So why go for Geelong? Well, they've been brilliant all year & I think they deserve the premiership. Of course next year it'll be West Coast again.![]()

AFL Footy Tips
I don't usually make a big deal about sport; I enjoy watching the Cricket & over the past couple of years, I have been getting into the AFL (Aussie football league). I support the West Coast Eagles, & also keep an eye on a couple of the other teams as well.
I have not really gotten involved in any footy tipping, but this year I have registered online at Perth Now. I don't really have any special way of tipping a winner at present, I guess you could say that I just pick who I think & then see what happens. I must say though that I think I am doing fairly well for an amaeture so far; after 8 rounds my score is 33.
So from now on I'll share my tips with you. Here are my tips for round 9
Fremantle vs St Kilda - St Kilda
Carlton vs Adelaide - Adelaide
Hawthorne vs West Coast Eagles - West Coast
Brisbane Lions vs Collingwood - Brisbane Lions
Richmond vs Essendon - Essendon
Western Bulldogs vs Sydney Swans - Sydney
Melbourne vs Kangaroo's - Kangaroos
Port Adelaide vs Geelong - Geelong![]()
